aprobado en lo general y particular en el pleno de la C\u00e1mara de Senadores<\/strong> <strong>la Reforma laboral y fiscal para regular el r\u00e9gimen de subcontrataci\u00f3n u <em>outsourcing<\/em><\/strong><a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><em><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/em><\/a> misma que fue remitida el Ejecutivo Federal para su publicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En nuestro Flash Fiscal No. 08 podr\u00e1n encontrar los principales modificaciones y adiciones realizadas a las diversas disposiciones laborales y fiscales, mismo que las disposiciones laborales sea a partir del d\u00eda siguiente de su publicaci\u00f3n en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n, <u>salvo la entrada en vigor de las reformas a las disposiciones fiscales que ser\u00e1 a partir del 1 de agosto de 2021<\/u>, as\u00ed como la entrada en vigor de estas disposiciones para las dependencias y entidades de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Federal que entrar\u00e1n en vigor hasta el ejercicio fiscal de 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recomendamos a nuestros lectores revisar la estructura de contrataci\u00f3n del personal mantenida actualmente y, en su caso, analizar las implicaciones fiscales que se derivar\u00edan con la entrada en vigor de dichas reformas; reiteramos nuestra disposici\u00f3n para revisar y atender cualquier
