class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 16 de marzo de 2021, el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) dio a conocer mediante su p\u00e1gina de internet la <strong><u>cuarta versi\u00f3n anticipada<\/u> <\/strong>de la Primera Resoluci\u00f3n de Modificaciones a la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal para 2021, en la cual se reforman, se adicionan y se derogan diversas reglas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de las modificaciones que se observan en la versi\u00f3n en comento, se destacan las siguientes reglas, aunque sugerimos a nuestros lectores revisar a detalle todas las reglas a fin de detectar si existe alg\u00fan cambio que afecte su caso particular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Renovaci\u00f3n e.firma personas morales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se adiciona la regla 13.2. que establece que las personas morales podr\u00e1n solicitar la renovaci\u00f3n de su certificado e.firma cuando el certificado haya perdido su vigencia <strong><u>dentro del a\u00f1o previo a la solicitud<\/u><\/strong>, siempre y cuando el representante legal que haya tramitado el certificado caduco sea el mismo y cuente con su certificado de e.firma activo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cancelaci\u00f3n de la autorizaci\u00f3n para recibir donativos deducibles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se adiciona la regla 3.10.29. que prev\u00e9 que las donatarias autorizadas podr\u00e1n solicitar la cancelaci\u00f3n de su autorizaci\u00f3n para recibir donativos deducibles en t\u00e9rminos de la Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta, ingresando la solicitud a trav\u00e9s de buz\u00f3n tributario en t\u00e9rminos de la ficha de tr\u00e1mite 155\/ISR <em>\u201c<\/em>Cancelaci\u00f3n de la autorizaci\u00f3n para recibir donativos deducibles<em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, dicha regla se\u00f1ala que trat\u00e1ndose de solicitudes de cancelaci\u00f3n, revocaci\u00f3n, conclusi\u00f3n o terminaci\u00f3n de la autorizaci\u00f3n para recibir donativos deducibles o cualquier solicitud similar con la que se solicite la terminaci\u00f3n de la vigencia de la autorizaci\u00f3n para recibir donativos deducibles, presentadas con anterioridad al 1 de marzo de 2021, el SAT requerir\u00e1 para que dentro de un plazo de diez d\u00edas h\u00e1biles manifieste si se ratifica la solicitud y cumpla con los requisitos, en el entendido que de no presentar dicha ratificaci\u00f3n se tendr\u00e1 por no presentada la solicitud correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para tales efectos, la autorizaci\u00f3n para recibir donativos se tendr\u00e1 por cancelada a partir de la fecha en la que surta efectos la notificaci\u00f3n del oficio de cancelaci\u00f3n de autorizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, ponemos a su
