class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 29 de diciembre de 2020 se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal para 2021, misma que se\u00f1ala en sus transitorios que se da a conocer el Anexo 1-A \u201ctr\u00e1mites fiscales\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 21 de enero de 2021 se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el referido Anexo 1-A de la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal para 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De una revisi\u00f3n preliminar a la publicaci\u00f3n del referido anexo, hemos detectado que las autoridades fiscales han actualizado los requisitos a diversos tr\u00e1mites, a manera de ejemplo, en tr\u00e1mites como son la generaci\u00f3n o renovaci\u00f3n del certificado de la e.firma (firma electr\u00f3nica), se establece que los documentos otorgados ante fedatario p\u00fablico deber\u00e1n estar inscritos ante el Registro Publico de Comercio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Derivado de lo anterior y considerando que las citas para la atenci\u00f3n de forma presencial de tr\u00e1mites en las oficinas de las autoridades fiscales son limitadas, recomendamos verificar en el Anexo 1-A publicado los requisitos aplicables al tr\u00e1mite a realizar en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas con objeto de cumplirlos de forma completa y evitar el rechazo por parte de la autoridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nos ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n a efecto de revisar dichos
