On January 11, 2024, the Taxpayer Defense Attorney’s Office announced Bulletin 01/2024, through which it is informed that as of December 15, 2023, the new Electronic System for Receiving Requests for Conclusive Agreements (SERAC) is available. This represents a significant advancement that facilitates remote and electronic access, simplifying the submission of requests for Conclusive Agreements.
