On May 13, 2025, the Third Resolution of Modifications to the Miscellaneous Tax Resolution for 2025 and its Annexes 1-A “Tax Procedures”, 3 “Non-binding Tax Criteria”, 11 “Catalogs of codes and brands of manufactured tobacco and alcoholic beverages”, 14 “List of Authorized Donataries” and 15 “ISAN” were published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, which became effective the day after its publication, that is, May 14, 2025.
